August 2019: SAVE Presence at UK Bird Fair
Over 23,000 people visited UK’s Bird Fair over three days, and many could meet SAVE Partners and members at the stand to learn more about what we do. The stand attracted plenty of attention, 80 people gave us their contact details asking for regular updates, and we were delighted to have SAVE team members from India (Sachin Ranade, BNHS), Nepal (Krishna Bhusal, BCN) and Bangladesh (Alam Sarowar Dipu & Sakib Ahmed, IUCN Bangladesh) with us all weekend, together with Programme Manager Chris Bowden.

Lots of visitor interest at the stand
Special thanks to Irene Sabiniarz and Diane James for volunteering their help, without which it wouldn’t have been possible. We still have some of the blue T-shirts (£10) and piggy-banks (£5) left for sale if anyone wants to purchase any items contact Irene at RSPB.
